[10:44] <hannesw> do you have the appengine-api-*.jar in WEB-INF/lib directory?
[10:44] <hannesw> I think it may have to do with how you created the app...
[10:44] <bard> let's see, though I can forecast a minute of silent dumb-feeling

[10:45] <hannesw> i think the ant task creates it differently. (I'm creating my apps with the eclipse plugin)

[10:45] <hannesw> I think i tried once and went back to eclipse-plugin...
[10:46] <bard> no, I followed docs from google and copied -r demos/new_project_template
[10:46] <bard> I suppose the whole $sdk/lib/* should be copied?
[10:46] <hannesw> ha... that looks quite different.
[10:47] <hannesw> no war directory at all...
[10:47] <hannesw> bard - I'll look into this, but I gotta leave now.
