2007-03-14:

[9:25] <zumbrunn> are the File docs for readAll and readln correct?
[9:25] <zumbrunn> it's not the behavior I seem to get
[9:25] <zumbrunn> with readAll I get the entire file as a string
[9:26] <zumbrunn> and with readln I get an object of some kind, no text
[9:27] <zumbrunn> both with File and helmaFile
[9:27] <zumbrunn> helma.File
[9:28] <zumbrunn> with Object.dump(f.readln()) I get: * prototype: ({})
[9:40] <zumbrunn> based on the code in helma.File, readAll clearly seems to be intended to return a string, so I'll fix the docs
[9:40] <zumbrunn> don't know why readln isn't workiing for me, though
[9:43] <zumbrunn> lol... because I didn't open the file
[11:10] * zumbrunn goes walking the dogs
